You are what you eat. Whether it be from the health aspect or the outer looks all depends on your diet or food intake. The food intake definitely shows on your skin, hair, nails and overall looks and energy levels.
A balanced healthy diet leads to healthy hair and skin, so it's no wonder that a diet that is lacking in important nutrients will lead to hair loss. Losing hair can actually hide more serious health problems, but most of the time it is caused by insufficient nutrients and hormonal changes caused by fad diets.
You always see the celebrities in their best form and you always wonder if you too can do it. If you think you can't, you are wrong. It is actually easy to lose weight if you only put your heart and mind into it. It is always mind over matter when it comes to things such as these.
Don't ever get yourself into the habit of starving yourself.

Calcium is one very important requirement of our body and being a woman makes it doubly important for me. Right now with age by my side, I probably do not realize the problems that a diet not rich in calcium can cause. However, the other day the meeting with an aunt of mine and the problems she faced due to osteoporosis actually was an eye opener.
